Vehicle Detail

Mechanically this pickup is an A+, engine is strong, tranny is great, 4x4 functions as it should. No problems at all, no smoke no leaks no issues. I would feel 100% confident to drive this cross country tomorrow as is. Well maintained with premium filters and synthetic oil. Never a plow truck and I have never towed anything. Body issues need work, but just cosmetically nothing to prevent driving it as a work or plow truck or to pass inspection. Recently sideswiped a guardrail on an icy road. Knocked out part of the drivers side headlight, and tail light. Front fender is dented and needs to be replaced ($100-$150 at a yard like LKQ) and the back quarter needs to be patched or repaired. The damage to the two doors on the drivers side is minimal and easily fixed at a body shop or left alone. Mirror is fine. The damage really is not that bad, but its there as you can see in the pics. The pictures that are on an obviously sunny day are from a few months ago Pre-accident. Anything else that is NOT drivers is accurate, the pics with the salt sprayed side are of this recent accident damage. Old damage is from something that was before my ownership with a dent on the passenger side front fender and dent on the passenger side rear quarter (see pics). I have a new (used but in almost perfect shape) salvage piece for replacing the front passenger fender that will come with auction. I can deliver anywhere in the country for a fee AFTER 100% payment is received, otherwise a non-refundable $500 is due at end of listing. I can take more pics in about a week (I am out of town right now until Saturday the 18th of January). If you are a serious bidder and want to talk to the body shop where the truck is located I can provide that info as well. Right now the vehicle is in Burlington, VT but I will be getting new wheels and tires (used factory OEM probably) and driving it back to Maine in 8 or 10 days unless VT is a good sale place for a buyer. Please email with any and all questions, tried to be as accurate as possible, dont want to waste my time or anyone elses. On Jan-15-14 at 10:19:23 PST, seller added the following information: To answer a common question I have been getting alot.... this truck is also available for sale locally and I may cancel the listing if the people looking make a good offer or give my asking price. This really is a god deal on a solid truck with just livable body damage and being so mechanically sound, especially for a 4x4 and a quad cab. Now, the most confusing part is around the tires and wheels. As it sits it needs two wheels and tires for the drivers side where it got curb rash bad. I will also have it aligned... thats all on me... like I said this will be 100% driveable at time of pick up. However.... what I am struggling with is how much money to put in the tires and wheels. I obviously dont want to lose more than I already am on the truck so the more I put in that I wont get back, the less I net. There are several good deals on wheel and tires packages locally in the tri state are here (Mass, Maine, NH) and I can either go the route of replacing the two needed for about $300... or getting a really nice stock set with 80% tread off a 21012 Bighorn for example for $600... which I would do in a heartbeat if I am keeping the truck. So... if any of you are serious bidders, I am sure this will sell for buy it now price or really close to it... if you want some say in what wheels and tires are going to be on this all the way around contact me and we can work something out on the price, or if you use buy it now I will do the $600 set. Not a huge deal but is has 152k miles not 158.
