I bought this ATC to fix up but am now thinning down the herd. It was running when I got it two years ago. It needs front brake cable, handlebar levers, battery, pull cord, and the seat pan is rusted out. The fenders have some cracks as seen in the photo. The auction is local pickup only. No delivery.
