You are looking at a well preserved classic YJ. Has not been modified mechanically at all. This YJ has the original interior (one dime-sized tear in rear bench) and is in great shape. Gauges all work, 4WD works, aftermarket Alpine 6 disc CD works. Does not have air conditioning, but heater blows hot. Sale price will include a bikini top as well as the original factory spare tire (detached from Jeep at the moment). Soft top is in decent shape, one small tear on the top drivers side corner. Does not effect functionality. Vinyl windows are not hazy. Aftermarket plexi-glass slide half doors are in good shape. 31" BFG M/Ts with 10k miles left in them. Serpentine belt recently replaced, spark plugs/distributor cap replaced, oil changed less than 1k miles ago. Clutch is good, brakes are good. Small crack on passenger side of windshield (passed inspection). Missing rear driver fender ($40 to replace). No body rust. Has been a southern car all its life. Very solid little Jeep. To be honest, the engine could use a new gasket. It is not "leaking", but is slowly "seeping" oil. Cost for a mechanic to perform the job was quoted at $150 to me.....backyard mechanics....$10 plus a couple beers. Here is your chance to own a "classic" (yes, 25+ years now!) YJ that is not beat to heck or rusted out. Has not given me any issues. Ready for DD duty or to be built up as a trail rig. Great first car or tinkerer's toy.
