I have a 1999 Plymouth Neon for sale. It is not in working condition and needs further work to make it a daily driver. It does have a rebuilt title. Currently has around 146,000 miles. The car is driveable but will most likely overheat after a while due to the small leak in the radiator. Not looking to put any more money into the car and would like to hand it off to someone who could fix it up or use it as a parts car. The car is being sold AS-IS. Buyer responsible for pickup.
