1991 dodge w250 cummins diesel 4x4 regular cab long bed. white, 1st gen, turbo diesel, rust, 170000+ miles starts up first time, every time, even in the cold (southern cold). shifts into all gears, 4x4 works great, kingpin drive-shafts. electrical is typical of the '91s a mess. started ripping out what the previous owner spliced and what Dodge foolishly installed. WHAT WORKS engine 5.9l cummins turbo diesel trans- 5 speed 4x4 passenger side power window radio 4wd temp, oil pressure, volt gauges heat horn brand new battery new belt tensioner 8 groove serpentine belt(dayco) and 8 groove alternator pulley reese hitch receiver in rear tires have 65%+ left WHAT'S A MESS -rust (surface frame rust no problem, bed and cab have holes, some repaired with bondo but overall in poor condition, keeps the wind out but thats about it) -electrical- removed wiring and capped lines from fuse panel for : drivers locks, mirror, window passenger power locks and power mirror glove box lamp speedometer (replaced with digital GPS driven HUD speedometer)- -upholstery is worn -truck bed has holes from previous gooseneck hitch, and from exhaust stack attempt (from previous owner) -pinhole leak from passenger front freeze plug -no spare tire (new fuel tank takes up the space. Overall great truck LOTS of power, I used it for a large gravel project at the house and now have no need for it, got several loads from the quarry above 4000lbs, and the turbo still ate up the road on the steep incline to my house. Use it use it as a daily driver to work and back. New baby born in November and the beast needs to go. would make an awesome tractor, sled puller, farm truck, or custom build. engine and axles are worth what i'm asking alone so don't be thrown off by the body and electrical. for sale locally, seller reserves right to end auction early
