Please Note: this is a 1956 Continental Mark II and not a 1956 Lincoln Continental. In 1956 and 1957 Ford manufactured Continentals along with Lincoln Continentals. The Continental Mark II's were built to compete with high-end European luxury cars such as Bentley and Rolls. This was a limited production model, only 2,550 cars were built each year and then production stopped. - This is a very rare automobile, note VIN number - 9th car manufactured - This car is completely original (interior and exterior), in sound mechanical condition, has been recently inspected and could be driven home. - There is very little rust on this car. - Included with the car are numerous '56 Continental parts to be used in the restoration There has been numerous questions regarding this car.
