1969 Chevrolet C10 Factory Short Bed (fleetside) with some Custom touches. Now most early model C10 enthusiasts know that these trucks are hard to find without rust or even with just minimal rust. The best part of this truck, is that it appears to be Rust Free ! The previous owner said that the truck was stripped down to bare metal, any inner and outer rocker panel rust was cut out, then the truck was primed painted (inside and out) and set back down on the frame with new mounts. As you see in the undercarriage pictures, the cab supports, floors and rockers were nicely done and no further attention is needed. This is not a show truck as there are still some things to do. Driver door needs some adjusting, the paint is fresh but it is about a 5-10 footer with some further attention needed to detail. The tail gate is a bit rough but it's a tail gate and again, a nice driver quality. Needs some window crank knobs. New parts include, Dash, carpet, rubber door seals, and weather stripping, new windshield, dual exhaust and relatively new 15” rims and BFG tires (did not do a front end alignment so one would be in order & I would look over as it probably could use some new hardware (maybe some bushings, joints etc) on the front end. The truck is equipped with a rebuilt 4 bolt main, 350 with carb and headers, Front Power Disc Brakes, and Power Steering. The previous owner took what he said was the original factory floor shift manual and upgraded it to a 5 speed manual transmission with 3:55 posit-traction rear end. All gauges, wipers and lights are working, the original radio (not working at this time). A Good looking truck being sold as is where is.
