spent 10,000 on the engine Crashed 88' Toyota Truck V8 5.0 Mustang Swap EFI 350 hp 5 spd. Just crashed the truck, into an invisible fence pole sticking out of the ground. thanks neighbor(sarcasm). Anyways it took out the right side a bit and in the process dented the hood and pushed the radiator into engine. which poked a hole in the back of the radiator. The radiator fan took the brunt of it and is now making a lot of noise. other than the dented front, destroyed light, ruined bumper, noisy fan, broken radiator. the truck runs great I just drove it around the block at 100 mph to prove it worked (I had to top off fluid cause of leaking radator)! It was like a scene out of a Top Gear episode! I almost want to take a video and send it to them myself. I love Toyota trucks :) I recommend one to everyone now!!! VERY RELIABLE NEW ENGINE 15,000 milesThis is a wicked truck, 88' 2 wd NOT a 4wd, complete drivetrain has less than 15, 000 miles on since build... all forged sbf 306, aluminum edelbrock heads , 1.6 crane rockers , svo e cam with svo double roller timing chain, edelbrock efi intake with poo helonic spacer , 75 mm throttlebody and 75 mm mass air meter, 42 lb injectors, custom cold air intake, fidanza aluminum flywheel , centerforce clutch, rebuilt world class t5 tranny and cheomoly custom driveshaft, 4.10 rear end gears, cal tracs traction bars, custom rocking sound system and keyless entry alarm, oh ya and forgot to mention this baby has power steering that makes it super comfortable to drive. I just passed emissions and have the papers to prove it. the ecu was tuned for max performance. The suspension is rock hard so i can get better times at the track. The dif was kept stock, because their is no better dif than toyota's trust me! I did swap out the stage two centerforce clutch for a stage one, but if you want I will include the stage two clutch so you can re-install it. The head liner on the car ceiling is practically new, the paint job WAS NOT painted over the old paint and is good except for where the fence pole hit. things wrong: would be two leaking valve cover gaskets(the gaskets i used where terrible), the speedo is off by 6 mph, the trany also has a very very very small leak, . other than that the the engine is practically brand new. I might might be willing to consider a miata, s2000, mr2s, a crx. I got cash on top to pay you on top of car exchange. I can beat corvettes all day in it even with the dent!
