For sale is my 89 Honda NX250 scoot. I bought this from a friend to ride while my SR500 was in the shop. My friends kept it at their cabin in Colorado and had recently had it tuned and overhauled by a master Honda mechanic who specializes in dual sports out there. They are extremely meticulous adventure riders, so I knew I'd be buying a well maintained bike. It's an awesome bike, perfect for scooting around the city. The 250 single is plenty peppy, and its water cooled, so you don't have to worry about overheating if you are stuck in traffic. Since its a dual sport it absorbs all the crappy city streets and potholes very well. I don't ride it much right now, but every single time I do, it starts immediately, even in cold weather! The speedometer hasn't been working recently, so while it says 11500 miles, I'd estimate its closer to 12500. I've got a manual to go with it. I love the bike, but I've got a few others and this is the odd man out. Despite being in great running shape, keep in mind that its a 25 year old bike. No warranties expressed or implied, what you see if what you get. I've done my best to describe everything, but I'm not a mechanic, so I am really just describing my personal experience with the bike. Here's video of a walkaround and the bike running.
