This 1974 Volvo 164 E was purchased new by my 91 year old mother. That's how I can verify the mileage. It has been garaged for most of it's life and is smoke and pet free. I've left it in storage for months at a time and it cranks right up.I do not have the time or interest any more to keep it. If you are into Volvos and restoration this is a sweet one. I can find very little rust and she runs like a fine tuned machine. You can drive it anywhere. If I were to keep it I would repaint it next summer and replace the visors and rear view mirror. Some of the trim is trying to come loose also.There is some minor vibration in the exhaust at warm up.It is fairly new. The A/C and radio do not work. The fuel guage recently quit working but I have not investigated why. If I had a lift or a working garage I would work on it. This car is a real head turner and gets loads of attention on the road. I want this car to go to a good home for it has been in my family for 40 years. I will be happy to try to answer any questions you have and glad to show it to you. I will add more pictures soon.
