*** EXEMPT MILES DUE TO AGE, WITH A CLEAN TITLE! *** This truck is a classic truck freaks dream! Ready to wrap up a restoration! Really just needs a little TLC and a final paint job. The body on the truck is very straight. The previous owner had begun to work on restoring the truck and found themselves in need of a more mainstream vehicle. It appears that the body was removed and the vehicle’s frame was restored and re-painted. The previous owner told us that the engine was a “New GM Crate Motor" and they also installed a brand new automatic transmission.” The previous owner also told us that they spent over $9,000 in the restoration so far. We do not have documentation to support this, although our inspection leads us to believe this is true. The truck does have a brand new electric fan mounted on the radiator for additional cooling and we have gone through the truck to repair any leaks. We installed a brand new interior. Mechanically the truck is in surprisingly good condition. The Apache’s glass and mirrors are in good condition except the drivers wing vent window does have some bubbling around the edges. The body trim pieces are in good condition and the bumpers are in excellent shape. Overall we believe this is a solid truck for the year and it should make a good daily driver or if you choose complete the restoration by finishing the body and paint work.
