You are bidding on a cool dune buggy project from the 60's. It looks like a surfer wagon or beach wagon. I have not been able to determine who made the body. I have been told it is a Glitterbug Sportsman truck. I believe it to be a 1969 But I am not sure. The body resembles a Manx but it is a little longer in the tail and has a very cool hard top. The body is very solid with no cracks at all that I can find. There are a couple of small cracks in the top near the windshield mounts. The windshield is not cracked. The seats are just placed into position. They are probably no good anyway. The pan is a shortened VW pan with a Corvair rear end grafted to it. It is heavily rusted but held my weight. all of the metal has a rusty patina it is a project!! The tires do not hold air for more than a few days The rims will probably clean up nicely. This car will be a fun project. There is a Corvair transaxle but there is no motor. The buggy was stored under a pile of debris and tarps for the last 20 years.....It is a project!!!! There is no title at all....Bill of sale only!!!!! Look at the pictures closely and bid accordingly. This is a no reserve auction.......
