I am selling a 1997 Lincoln Executive Town Car, finished in Performance White with white leather interior. The car has105,000 miles and is a one family/two owner car. The car was purchased in May, 1997 from Prestige Lincoln Mercury in Gainesville, FL. Carfax shows 13 "recommended maintenance performed" records between 5,968 miles (4/98) and 62,000miles (10/07). That has got to be a world record for Carfax. The car lived in the Gainesville area until the original owner passed away in '07, whereupon his daughter brought the car to Surprise, AZ and became its 2nd owner. There are 25 service/repair receipts that come with the car, totaling $5,627 from 6/07 to today. There are receipts forMobil 1 oil changes every 3,000 miles...or less, including the last one done at 104,476 miles (8/2/13)! Ford's dreaded plastic intake manifold, that was prone to cracking in all its V-8s from 1996-2001, was replaced in this car with thealuminum upgrade in January, 2012 at 98K miles. The rear suspension air bags were replaced in January, 2010 at 84K miles. There are receipts for a new serpentine belt, battery, front and rear brakes/rotors, fuel and air filters, transmissiondrain/fill, and Goodyear Integrity whitewall tires. Even the blend door actuator (chronic failure item) has been replaced. Both owners have been fanatical in maintaining this car, and as you would expect, there are no leaks.The white paint is in very nice condition except along the top of the door trim moldings where the paint has worn away(probably at the car wash) and there are no door dings. There is one dimple on the trunk lid just as it curves down the back side. The air conditioner is typical Lincoln freezing. All of the "VIN tabs," denoting original factory external panels, are in place. The AM-FM-Cassette stereo unit sounds great. There is no CD player. The glass is excellent with full tintdone in June, 2007. All electric windows operate properly. The rubber weather stripping is perfect all around. The dashhas no cracks or discoloration because a matching Dashmat provides protection from the sun. The gray carpets andLincoln floor mats are a nice contrast with the white leather. There is a donut spare tire. The jack and lug wrench do notappear to have ever been used. The car comes with five keys and two working remotes. Also included are all of theowner's manuals and leather zipper case, all receipts, and the Carfax that shows no accidents and an $830 "Carfax Price Adjustment" indicating that "this vehicle is worth more than average, based on information in this report." This is a non-smoking, no kids/no dogs Town Car. I have a notarized clean/regular Arizona title. The service/repairregimen on this vehicle is phenomenal, making it a reliable and comfortable long distance road car and grocery getter for many years to come.
