Body has rust and dents. Would make an excellent work truck or second vehicle. Not a beauty contest winner but will get you another 100,000 miles no problem. The frame has surface rust but is solid. Tires are all about 70%. Is equipped with air conditioning but a bypass belt has been installed. Has been that way for as long as I've owned it. I would assume the compressor is bad.
