Triumph Chopper T120 Bonneville Featured in LOWSIDE Magazine Issue Ten and displayed at the LOWSIDE booth at Born Free 5 Finished building it last winter and been riding it all summer. Runs good and fast. Time for a new one! Completed last winter: Rebuilt head (new valves, springs, guides, seats) New pistons and rings (stock bore) Cases split, sludgetrap cleaned, new bearings New Sparx charging system, Sparx battery eliminator New Pazon electronic ignition New Carbs New clutch plates and rubbers Motor is a '65. 18" Triumph rear wheel with new bearings and Coker 4.50 tire. Front wheel is 21" mini drum with brake internals removed (still have if you want) and new Avon speedmaster tire. Unknown bolt on hardtail that has been mounted and welded. Front forks rebuilt with new seals and bushings lowered two inches and powdercoated black. New taper style stem bearings in triple trees that have also been powdercoated black. Dogbone risers. Stainless rear fender from a Norton. Aluminum motor mounts. Etc. Etc. I basically tore the whole thing down, rebuilt everything with new quality parts, and it's been running great. Currently titled and registered. I have a ton of pics of the whole build, just ask. Any questions just ask.
