This is a rare find! A 1986 Suzuki Cavalcade with less than 40,000 miles! The gentleman I bought this bike from tore this bike down and made sure everything was in operating order. Very knowledgeable guy~ It has... A new fuse block A new stator A new regulator rectifier Everything works perfect except for the cruise control. I am really amazed this bike wasn't the leader in the late '80's of the touring bikes. It has a 1400cc motor bigger than Kawasaki, Yamaha and Honda and it's loaded with standard features. You can inflate the passenger seat and backrest and it's got an auto level system to inflate the shocks at the applied weight on the bike for crying out loud! The radio speakers are Clarions and sound very good! ...and you can adjust the volume based on the speed of the bike.... Suzuki made only about 8500 - 9000 of the Cavalcades Total! Just amazing~ I didn't like the way the windshield looked, it's a little foggy, so I ordered a new one. A brand new Slipstreamer...It's coming in on 10/31 and will either be installed when someone buys it or I'll just include it with the bike, depending on when it really gets her vs. the end of the auction. The bike also includes 2 helmets w/ J&M headsets that work awesome for talking to your passenger and listening to music etc. It also comes with matching original Calvacade travel bags, Complete Technical Manual, Manual on CD and Owners Manual. Trust me when I tell you it hurts my heart to be selling her...I named her "Sheila"...and let's face it, you don't name a vehicle unless it's something special. I had every intention on this staying in my personal inventory, but the wifey wants a new Goldwing and I haven't won the lottery yet...So here it is for sale~ This bike runs perfect. It's very smooth and will have you grinning as you silk down the road with the tunes going...It's really a special bike! Price does not include standard Tax, license and registration...However I never charge document prep fees. California residents will pay local county tax plus standard registration and transfer fees.
