Vehicle Detail

For sale a one owner 2003 Chevy Tracker 4x4 with 135k miles. Inspected until 2/14 The good- One owner, never any major mechanical problems. Oil always changed on time. Newer Brake lines, New winter tread tires (about 500 miles on them). Extra set of summer tread tires. 4 wheel drive works perfectly. Have never had a mechanical problem whatsoever. The Bad- A/C doesn't work (just quit one day while I was sitting at a red light) , drivers side seatbelt sometimes doesn't want work ( I cracked the plastic cover trying to figure out problem, it's fine once its on, it just doesn't want to come out sometimes) Small slow oil leak (mechanic says from oil pan), Rocker panels will need replaced before next inspection. Brakes are mushy, Just replaced booster and master cylinder hoping to fix it. Mechanic says its trapped air??? Back hatch door handle is broken off (can still open it) Check engine light is on (has been on for 2 years, probably a sensor or something, never had it checked into). Leaky exhaust. Bottom edge of the driver and passenger side doors are bent out from where ice builds up and when you open the doors it hits right into it. The car has normal wear and tear for its age. You can drive this vehicle, just give yourself ample room to stop until you get the brakes figured out. We have owned this car from new and it is a beast in the winter. Just don't want to fix all the little problems and the wife wants something newer. Any questions please ask.
