PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING!!!!!!!!! Up for sale in A NOT RESERVE AUCTION!!!! this true Classic MUSCLE CAR 1981 CHEVROLET CORVETTE 350 V8 AUTO TRANSMISSION. I love this vette, runs great and very dependable but unfortunatelly I have to sell it now because I have a couple more important things right now that need my attention and money. I'm selling it cheap, you can check prices here on ebay in an other auctions and I know you won't find a classic vette like this one at this price, I already check them and all of them go from $8k up to $13K or more. I'm selling my corvette DAILY DRIVER IN GREAT RUNING CONDITION in a low price with NO RESERVE!!! so no matter what you are getting a GOOD DEAL HERE!!!!! What can I tell you about this beauty… She is a very nice looking and hard to find 81' Vette at this price.... runs great, strong engine, the odometer reads 60xxx miles but it's a classic 30 plus years old car, so the title says exempt on the odometer. UNDER THE HOOD: she has a powerful and very fast 350 V8 ENGINE, that has NO problems, we got rid of the stock carburetor and installed a brand new high performance four barrel Edelbrock carburetor, new plugs, wires, filters etc. rebuilt ditributor, brand new battery, we went through all the front suspension and installed new shock, tie rod ends etc. The transmission is factory stock, very solid and shifts perfect... I just drove it out to Karney NE that's a 6 hrs round trip and the vette made it just perfect, she is a beast on the open hwy way.... 70 mph, NO PROBLEMS HERE!!! We went through all the lights and fixed them all... Head lights turn on fine but they need a finger to help them to come up, parking lights, turning signal lights, brake lights, interior light, all working good, the windshield wipers work good also w/ new blades, power windows work perfect.. Some of the gauges on the dash, the AC and power locks needs to be fixed still. She has a classic original corvette aluminum 15" wheels w/ new chrome center caps, around 10 months ago I installed a brand new set of Firestone tires indy 500, 245/60/15, and of course they still in very good condition, so you won't have to worry about tires for the next few years.. We already have all the mechanical job done (engine, trans, brakes, suspension, lights, etc) Now you just will have to take care of the cosmetical stuff !!!!! INTERIOR: As you can see on the pics the carpet is bad so it needs a new one also recover the seats, door panels are good, all the plastics trim covers are there and in good condition.... I installed a very nice aftermarket keenwood CD player w/ remote control. EXTERIOR: The entire body is VERY STRAIGHT AND SOLID, but yes it needs a new paint job, as far as can see still has the original paint so already faded, has cracks and paint chips here and there so yes she needs a paint job. This vette is a 81' model and it has NORMAL WEAR of course, but is already a classic for being a 30 plus years old car, it's a SUPER SPORT CLASSIC MUSCLE CAR WITH THIS DESIRABLE STINGRAY BODY STYLE YEARS 73 - 82.... she still looking good !!!!!! I PAID A LITTLE OVER $2K IN TIRES, ENGINE, SUSPENSION AND ELECTRICAL REPAIRS, THIS CLASSIC VETTE IS READY FOR THE ROAD..... NOW YOU JUST NEED TO FINISH THE BODY END INTERIOR...
