Vehicle Detail

1996 Buick Roadmaster Collectors Edition - Rare Azure Blue with wood delete option. 25 mpg @ 75 mph on regular gas, 122,200 (give or take) miles NO RESERVE DON'T MISS THIS ONE. Loaded with leather and power everything. Has tow option (but no hitch) which includes HD cooling system, HD shocks, a 2.93 posi-traction rear powered by the legendary corvette inspired LT1 engine and 4L6OE 4 speed automatic transmission. Body is in excellent condition, a few chips and scratches commensurate with the age of the vehicle. Interior very good, some wear but no tear on the drivers side rug, headline excellent. Oil changes every 3,000 miles with Castrol Edge 10-30 full synthetic. You can't beat a Roadmaster, seats 8 in comfort and luxury, great range and gas mileage. You can put 4 X 8's in the back laying flat and close the tail gate!! Tow 5700 lbs and drive reliably 300,000 plus miles is not uncommon. I purchased the car from the original owner, a doctor from Wilkes Barre, PA. It was his wife's car and it had 103,000 miles on 10/30/09. Several years before I gave a local resident my card and told them if they ever wanted to sell their Roadmaster, I would be interested. That time has come! The widow called last week and I bought their 83,000 mile car (for a LOT more than I'll get for this one). That's the only reason I'm selling this car. It's a great car, always serviced and carefully driven. New exhaust system right side, new fuel pump, new wheel bearings, front and rear. All of this was just preventative maintenance recommended by our mechanic, no mechanical issues. Everything works well except the rear window rollers, the rollers sometimes stick and probably should be replaced - which is common on all Roadmasters. Vehicle includes roof rack not pictured. Happy Bidding, any questions just call me or email. Jim Rahm 386-451-4555 P.s. I have a '95 which is MY car and has 278,000 miles and runs perfect. I'm 80 and I promised it to one of our granddaughters! It's a family heirloom.
