1960's Triumph Herald 1200 Conv. (GARAGE FIND) I just got this car yesterday and I know nothing about these cars. This car was last registered in 1977 as it had sat in the same garage for many years. The car appears to be a complete car with a little over 41,000 miles. Interior seems complete as well as the dash, top looks pretty good but is dirty form sitting. Body panels seem to be in good condition but the rocker panels are rotted as the pictures show. Drivers floor pan has been sheet metaled, car is rusty underneath. Car was flat bedded and the wheels seem to be locked up. Engine looks to be complete but I have no idea if it will turn over. I have no key for this car. I received this car from my boss who got it from a customer of his, I have no paper work for this car which will probably make it a parts car only. Car is being sold AS/IS with no warranty. A deposit of $150 Non Refundable due within 48 hrs. car needs to be picked up within 21 days. I had to put in listing the year, this is why it reads 1961 but I'm not sure of year which is the same for title because I have no registration I put rebuildable in the title category. I believe that the 1200 conv. was built from 1961 to 1970. It could be any of those years. The vehicle ID number is GA895-1-3-L-CV. The engine number is GA87697HE. I did see another number stamped below the driver seat 2/TC/2644. If anyone that reads this add could help me put the correct year to this car it would be appreciated. Thank you for looking
