Here we have a 1955 Cadillac Series 62 Coupe. It is yellow with a brown top. This is an air conditioning car, and has full power. All the windows go up and down, and I just put a brand new battery in it. Has hubcaps and fender skirts. Just rebuilt the starter, and the motor is free and turns over. Sounds like it has compression, and I am fairly confident it will fire up, but as soon as I get it running I will post it here. I buffed out one side of the car, and it looks pretty good. Body is pretty solid, with some rot in the trunk at the body mount. See the pics. It has been repainted some time in its life. It has a few small dents, one on the hood, and one right behind the passenger door. Interior is all there, but old. The carpet is old indoor outdoor carpet. The frame has some rot on the driver side in front of the rear wheel. See the pics. It is the only place I can see any real rot, but the underside of the car has some thick surface rust. I love the lines of this car, and I wish I could keep it, but the city is on my butt about too many cars, and this one has to go.
