This very well kept Porsche has always been well cared for. This vehicle belonged to an extrmely close friend of mine who purchased it from the original owner who was his uncle and has owned it since 2006 so it has always been owned by same family. The car was originally purchased at Beverly Hills Porsche and was preserved there up until the past 7 years. Car has always been garaged and serviced regularly. Engine and Transmission are as smooth and quiet as can be. Suspension is as tight as can be. Car stops on a dime. Everything is in proper working order. There isn't too much to fault this baby for. I have a stack of service history with all work done mostly by Beverly Hills Porsche in CA. My buddy has always done regular oil changes with Mobil 1 and has been using a top Porsche Mechanic who has a shop here in my town.
This Porsche has no Major Dents or any major cosmetic Blemishes. The vehicle is in just brillant overall condition as paint shines beautifully. Interior is in excellent overall condition with no signs of abnormal wear. This vehicle is absolutley a lovely car to drive and truly just an admirable well taken care of babied and very affordable older 996 Cabriolet. Please note that this vehicle is Pre-Owned and 14 years of age so please expect to find normal cosmetic blemishes here or there but most certainly nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, I would have to say that this is one of the nicer and better everyday drivers that you will find if you are in the market for an older 996. This vehicle looks and drives just awesome and I can assure you that people turn heads everywhere you go.
Cosmetic Blemishes
-Convertible Top shows its age and has some fade due to sun exposure from over the years(Pics Attached)
-5" Scratch located above the Rear Decklid below the convertible top(Pic Attached)
-Roadchipping mainly on Hood and Front Bumper(Pics Attached)
-Couple 1/4" Nicks on hood right by the left side fender(Pics Attached)
-Front Tires were recently replaced however the Rear Tires will need replacement in the near future.
-The hood release lever and Rear Decklid Trunk lever show wear from over the years with some of the medal that has flaked off from usage.
Other then the minor cosmetic blemishes mentioned above, I really cannot find much to fault this beauty for.
Please be realistic when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. Please be reasonable that this is a 14 year old vehicle with over 90,000 miles so it will have its normal expected blemishes to be found here or there. Overall, the paint shines really nice on the car and shows extremely well. The interior is in fantastic shape. If you expect a perfect car or near perfect car then please shop elsewhere. If you are looking for great everyday or weekend driver that is fun to drive and mechanically sound and in very nice overall condition then this is it.
