Vehicle Detail

Fairly complete matching numbers project with a Canadian Title. I bought it incomplete a few years ago, and have been hanging parts on it as they turned up. I had plans for this bike, and the bottom end has been rebuilt, including rebore and pistons. I had the crankshaft modified to take shell bearings, and its been ground and the rods fitted with new shells. The head has new valves, and new plates in the clutch. It's fitted with a Lucas green label competition mag, which sparks fine, but has not been rebuilt. I assembled it loosely, just to show state of completion, I think that's better than looking at a box of parts, but just to be clear, much of what you see is not bolted on, and it will need a total strip down and a lot of work to get it on the road. Ignore the paint, I put that on just for my own amusement, and its pretty rough. It's missing the battery holder, chainguard, front stand, engine sprocket and some small items. The carb is the wrong one, and the primary outer cover center boss is cracked, but easily welded, and it's scored on the inside too, I had to fix a number of holes in the tool box lid, where a previous owner had decided to save weight, but it's now ready for a skimming of filler. The rear fender was chopped, but I welded on another piece, and it too will need bodyfiller. The rear frame is correct, having the rearset lugs fitted, but there are some dings in the top rails, as evidence of a hard life. I will ship anwhere, and do what I can to assist with delivery, but all shipping costs are the buyers responsibility, and it can get expensive. I have done my best to describe it accurately, but please accept, there may be things I missed, or just don't feel are important on a project. Please ask any questions. Payment is by bank transfer only. Please ignore the stated mileage, I have no idea what it really is. First digit of frame number is partly obscured by welded repair on a hole drilled in the headstock.
