what we have here is a 1990 gmc suburban 2500 2wd with a 6.2l gm diesel with the banks sidewinder turbo system. i purchesed the vehicle about a year ago from a guy in mississippi. when i bought the vehicle i installed a brand new borg warner injection pump also followed by a electric fuel pump. I rather electric rather than mechanical. the ac works fine and has been converted to r134 instead of having r12. heater worls fine. The interior of the vehicle for the age is in very good shape with little wear to the seats with no rips in them at all (and no it dosent have a thrid row seat.) the suburban has some 16 inch mickey thompson beadlock aluminum wheels with some bf goodrich all terrrains the have little tread left to them. ialso installed a brand new diamond back 4 inch turbo back exhaust with no muffler. the paint on the outside is in fair shape for the age considering minor flaws. the suburdan orginally came with a turbo 400 3 speed transmission. what i did was i installed a muncie 4 speed manual with all new throw out bearing clutch assembly and new clutch master sylinder and slave cylinder all hydrallic at that. around towm it gets about 18 mpg and on hwy it gets up to 23mpg. the rearend is a gm 14 bolt with 373 gears. it doesent burn oil or smoke showing that it losses oil one bit. this is a great vehicle and hate to see it go but i have too many vehicles and have to get rid of this one. i have the right to end this sale at any time. if any further questions u can contact me at 985-258-5439.
