This car started as a 5 window coupe, and after a 4 1/2 yr restoration with mostly original parts (This is an ALL STEEL car). Its one of the nicest true to form kustom's around. This car has been in 2 issues of the Kustom's Illustrated magazine. Everything has been either been rebuilt or purchased new. This car has the original 1935 frame and suspension with new floors & sub sills. All the body work is done in epoxy primer. The car has 1939 brakes with new lines & hoses. There is a new gas tank, sending unit with fuel lines and a new fuel pump. A rebuilt 49 Canadian Merc flathead with a rebuilt carb, rebuilt 12 volt generator with a new voltage regulator, new water pumps and radiator with new hoses and belts, rebuilt 1939 trans with new clutch and throw out bearing, C'd chassis. The car has been lowered 6inches, 39 wheels with Hollywood flipper hubcaps, Goodyear pie crust wide whites, 49 Plymouth bumbers, fox craft bubble skirts, 37 Plymouth tail lights, 41 Packard clipper grille, 36 ford headlights, 35 Chevy hood sides, extended fenders, smooth running boards, shaved handles, cut and narrowed 49 dash, 1939 seat, 1940 Studebaker steering wheel, Carson style top chopped 3inches, with pleated interior and a lot more. Car runs and drives excellent! I have put 325 gears in rear-end which makes it very drivable. I have invested over $30,000 just in parts alone into this car and many many hours.
