This is an NON-OPERATING 2013 Volvo XC90. The vehicle has a CO salvage title and is located in CO. This XC90 was purchased by us in it's current condition with NY Salvage paperwork for water damage. This vehicle is a new vehicle from a dealer with a reported 16 miles on it. We originally purchased the vehicle to rebuild another Volvo XC90, but due to the great condition of the vehicle, I decided not to tear it apart. We purchased another salvage vehicle as a donor vehicle for the one we repaired (it is for sale in another listing). When I purchased this one, the dealer I bought it from stated he was able to get the electronics working by trying another CEM. I can not confirm if this is true or not, as the vehicle has just been in my garage since it was delivered. Exterior - The vehicles exterior is in excellent condition. There is a small 1" scratch/ding on the rear bumper. The chrome is shiny, the paint is in mint condition. The brakes still have their delivery covers on them. The tires are brand new Michelin Latitude Tour HP. All of the fluids appear to be free from any water, but we are unable to start the vehicle without the electrical. Interior- The interior is clean and dry. The seats have very slight puckering from the moisture, and light discoloration in a few places. The floor mats and carpet are dry. The dealer we bought it from dried it out, and it has sat in our garage here in CO, where it is a very dry climate. The condition of the electronics is unknown as we do not know how high the water went. This vehicle comes with a key and a Colorado title.
