I have owned my SVO since 1989 when it had 29K miles. I have always kept it garaged and never abused the SVO or drove it in bad weather. This SVO is tight, has good power, handles well and looks great. Here's a detailed list of pros and cons: PROSExcellent mechanical condition, body and interiorNever hit - all original sheetmetal and glassEverything works except a/c - It is complete but needs to be serviced Car was fully repainted in 1998 and paint is still excellent. No door dings or dentsI replaced the valve stem seals in the past 2-3K miles. Burns no oil-excellent compressionI remoted the TFI module from distributor to fender apron Original seats were replaced by me with a set I purchased from a low mileage totalled SVOI replaced the interior carpet and still have replacement hatch area carpet in boxNew SSBC rotors, pads and rebuilt calipers all aroundNew Kumho tiresClutch was replaced at 29K and still works perfectly - I have always babied this car Original rag joint replaced with Flaming River steering shaftOEM replacement rear exhaust pipe.
