This is a 1985 Toyota Land Cruiser. This car is turn key and ready to drive upon delivery or pickup. Why I'm selling: I moved and currently don't have an ideal location to store the Land Cruiser. As its current custodian I believe I would be doing wrong by keeping it stored in anything less than an enclosed garage. I'm currently parking it on the street, and have been doing so for the past 2 weeks. Before that it was garaged by me and the previous owner. Body: The overall condition of the body is in good shape, but its not perfect. (see pictures).- Noticeable faded coloring on front hood (see pictures).- Original Paint Engine: To my knowledge the engine has never been rebuilt. There is no knocking, but sometimes screeches when reaching high speeds with high revving. When starting in cold Its best to pull the choke and pump the gas pedal twice. The transmission fluid has also recently been changed. A/C:A/C is cold, but is most likely not working to its full potential. When the outside temperature is 90F the inside of the truck is quite pleasant. Interior:All seats are in great condition. The dashboard is also in great condition with the exception of the trim surrounding the A/C instruments, which has a couple small cracks. The center counsel looks nice, but has a small crack near the hinge (see photos). History:Below is a history of the vehicles servicing and repairs. Up until 10/2012 I cannot vouch for the accuracy of the data (there is likely to be missing data). The entries are written based on a small notebook that came with the car when I purchased it from the second owner. This booklet will come with the car along with a stack of receipts and itemized repair/service papers. The Arizona Motor Department had incorrectly written down the mileage in 1994 when the vehicle exchanged owners, and so the next time the actual mileage was written it caused confusion. As I stated earlier this vehicle has had 2 previous owners, even though AutoCheck lists one.
