This is Polly. Miss Polly is looking for a new lease on life - she wants to go out on the town, have a good time, and feel young again. You see, Polly has been cooped up in a garage for far too long. Her previous suitors haven't given her the time she so rightly deserves and she wants someone who will appreciate all she has to offer. Polly is a 1951 Chevrolet Styleline De Luxe 4-door sedan with 45,806 original miles on her. She has a rebuilt 235 in-line 6 engine with a PowerGlide automatic transmission. Her cylinder head has been updated with hardened vale seats so she's ready to cruise. She has a solid, rust-free body with an older re-paint job that has a few cracks and chips. Her upholstery is original and in good condition and we just installed some brand new restoration carpet. Her whitewall tires are older but in great shape and show very little wear. She's in excellent condition for a daily driver or would make an awesome project. One thing she wants to make sure you know is that while in the picture of her passenger side floorboard it appears to be rusty this is surface rust only. The holes that may be visible in the pictures are factory made grommet holes and have nothing to do with rust. She is proud of the fact that her wheel wells, rocker panels and undercarriage are all solid. She does have a couple of issues (though she tends to think they're minor given her age) - her gas gauge doesn't work, the drivers door won't open from the inside and the drivers door and back door glass each have a crack, all pretty simple fixes for someone who falls in love with her.
