1949 Chevy 4400 fire truck with 6777 original miles! Truck was stored indoors all of its life and it shows, paint is super nice and original, interior is nice with no damage to the seat and no cracks in the steering wheel, gauges work and look good, all the glass is nice with no cracks. The engine is a straight six with a manual 4 speed trans, runs and drives great! The body is nice with no rust and just a few minor dings overall shape for the age of the truck is incredible, grille is super nice and all the doors fit and shut like new. The lights work as do the blinkers, siren sounds off and spinner lights on the roof work, the truck is also 12 volt with an alternator. I purchased the truck with plans to leave the body as is but make into an old school car hauler but I have too many projects at this time. you will be hard pressed to find a nicer 1949 truck out there that is all original in this shape.
