Up for auction is a 1989 Fullsize Blazer. I am selling it because it just sits around anymore. It has 136,000 miles on it. The exterior has some rust, but most of it is just rusty iron, the only rusted through area is on the passenger side rocker panel. The rear tires are almost new, the front tires will need to be replaced before next winter. The engine is a 350 that runs good. The trans slips a little in reverse, but I have been driving it this way for the last 2 years, all the forward gears are good and shift fine. The four wheel drive works and it has lock outs. The rear differential has started to leak a little at the wheel seals. I have not done any work to it, because I don't know to much about rear ends. It needs a muffler, but the catilatic converter is good. The interior is what you would expect from an older truck. I believe this truck was used as a police or military vehicle at some point because it has numbers on the top of the shell. The tailgate works but the handle for the window is broke so you need vice grips to open it. The title is clear. I am selling this Blazer because I just don't drive it anymore and would like to see it go to someone who will enjoy it. If anyone has any questions please contact me. Thanks for looking.
