We are headed into the final stretch and I know everyone has pulled the money from underneath their mattress and is counting it right now with there mouse hovering over the bid button waiting to click. Go ahead, its not to soon, you really don't have to wait anymore...click, click, click several times if you can. Got to go to work now and by the time I get back this whole sordid affair will be over one way or the other. Thanks for the several hundred lookie loos and to dozens who have been "watching" I say...why? I guess I confused this with an auction. Happy bidding or not:) Sell it or scrap it, did not think it would come to that. OK, so there only 30 hours left and not one single bid to save this American icon. Really? Really? There's not one single moderately wealthy or filthy rich person willing buy this classic and restore it to it's former glory? Where's Jay Leno when you need him? Come on people, lots of looking and no bidding. I know someone out there has the time and money to restore this wonderful old truck As good a shape as it is in right now you will more than make your money back if you decide to sell it after you are done. If you want more pics or info let me know. You know what you are willing to pay for it just as I did when I bought so make your bid. If someone else wants it more than you that's the way this works, but would someone please step up to the plate. I told the wife when I bought it we would have no problem getting our money back if for some reason we had to sell it before I could restore it..... So save an American icon, save a house, save a marriage, buy a truck:) I got this a while back thinking I would have time and money to bring it back to life but my life got the better of me:) Now the wife says it has to go, seems she would rather see me pay the mortgage than have my head under the hood of this truck. Not sure whats up with that as we are only 3 months behind as of July. I have it listed local as well and it could sale here and be pulled so if you are really interested you better let me know. Seriously though if it does not sale this weekend I will be fighting the wife to keep it from going to the scrap yard(that won't happen:). So help a desperate man live vicariously through you as you do what should be done with this wonderful old truck and I get to keep my wife and my house.. Wait a minute did I just say that like it was a good thing? Yeah i guess I did, since I can't keep the truck around to get the motor running I might as well hang onto the one who keeps mine running:) I only can give you a bill of sale as I did not get a title when I picked it up. If you have dealt with old vehicles before you know this just means jumping through a few goverment hoops. Money order or certified check only, no wait cash is also good..
