1955 CHEVY BIG WINDOW PICK UP – PRO STREET/STREET ROD/SHOP TRUCK PROJECT NO RESERVE !!! Please if you do not intend to complete the purchase of this truck, don’t be like eBay member hwy79hwy79 and bid up my add, win the auction, then tell me you don’t have the money to buy the truck. If you don’t have very positive feedback and an eBay score of 15+, you will need to contact me before I accept your bid – thank you Up For sale is a 1955 Chevy Big Window Pick Up that would make a great Pro Street/Street Rod/Shop Truck once completed. The previous owners over the years moved the rear leaf springs inside the frame rails so you can install some pretty big tires with the correct offset wheel without "C-Notching" or modifying the frame. I have a pair of 31" x 18.5" - 15 Mickey Thompson Sportsman’s that I used for "mock-up" from another project I had and they have about an inch clearance from the inside fender to the frame. If you did not want to go with a Pro Street theme, you could very easily return back to stock. Included with the purchase of the truck are a set of factory inside wheel tubs (I believe from a ‘58 – ’59 Chevy Truck). Below I will describe in detail all aspects of the truck, see pictures for more details. If you have any additional questions regarding this ’55 Chevy Big Window Chevy Pick Up Project, please feel free to email me.
