Let me start by saying that there is no shipping on this bike. You either arrange for shipping or pick it up. I also feel the need to tell you up front that if you are looking for an old bike for $1 per pound, this isn't it. I have a low reserve set, well below what some of these are selling for. This is a rare vintage bike, the very bike that put Suzuki on the map. These were made between 1965 and 1968. It was the first 6 speed bike in America and it did over 100MPH back then which competed with larger American bikes. Google Jay Leno's T20 for an excellent history lesson on the T20, yes, Jay owns one. Engine # is 13377 and frame # is 13339. Note that the title lists this as a 1974. Because this model predates computer records, I can't prove that it is a 1966 to get my state to correct the title error. The bike was only produced from 1965-1968 and the T20 is stamped on the frame and engine. Suzuki in Japan indicated that T20 #1 of this bike was serial # 10001, so this is in the first 4000 of these into the States. I have been watching serial #'s of these listed for a couple years and am confident of it being a 1966. In fact serial # 24712 was a 66 that sold for $6K in August 2011 in my own state. I will supply some records and other info and parts I have. This bike is very collectible and there are plenty of parts on e-bay for it. Bike is in great shape, starts and runs fine. New points, condenser, plugs carburetors, filters, rear tire, etc. Bike is mostly original. Good brakes. Negatives is that the bike has a few scratches on the fenders. I have the oil tank to go with the bike, but do not have the left original side plate. Side plates show in pictures are not original. Also, bike is missing the original air box and has slip on filters.
