SUPER LOW RESERVE. 1978 Plymouth Volare Richard Petty Street Kit Car, very rare, one of 247 made. Lived its whole life in Michigan (now located in Colorado). Has 66k original miles, runs, drives, steers, brakes. Needs complete restoration and rust repair. The majority of the rust is in the rear quarter panel bottoms and their associated trunk drop-outs. There is also a rust hole in each front floor pan. The rest of the rust is either surface rust or miscellaneous small areas. The trunk has no rust holes at all. The majority of these Street Kit Cars had a bench seat and column shift, this car is one of a few that had bucket seats and console shift. This car is mostly original including the paint, pin stripes, 360 hood stickers, fake hood pins, fender flares, front and rear window metal straps, rear spoiler, front spoiler, interior, tuff wheel, slapstik transmission, 360ci engine with lean burn computer. It also comes with a full set of four new reproduction fender flares and also all of the titles of the previous owners from a title search done on the car in 1991. Has a clear Michigan title.
