1966 Chevy C10 custom cab short bed The truck is an original short bed, custom cab with a strong running 283 V8 and a 4 speed top loader transmission. The truck runs great, shifts into gear with no problem and starts every time. All the gauges are working. That includes the horn,turn signals,speedometer,gas gauge and temp gauge. The truck is a solid Texas truck with a clean Texas title. There is some very little minor rust in the left and right cab corner. It is very minimal. It has a brand new windshield and gasket. The carburetor is freshly rebuilt. It will run highway speeds 75-80 mph with no problem. The bed is still wood and in pretty good shape. The front bumper is also in very good shape and was re-chromed a few years ago. The paint on the truck is starting to flake in places and has some little weathering but the truck still looks good. This truck will make a perfect hot rod, kustom, or just an original cruiser. It is overall in pretty good shape and pretty original. These classic Chevrolet trucks are getting harder to find in good solid running condition.
