Please DO NOT bid on this item if you can not pay the remaining balance within 10 days. Up for auction, fresh out of the hills of Crossville, Tennesse, a 1962 Ford Fairlane 500 Ranchero. For sale by owner. This body style only made in 1966 and 1967. It is the only Ranchero with stacked headlights. Exterior color: White - Interior color: Black/Blue Only has 6,000 miles since rebuild. Motor: 1968 302 cu in. professionally rebuilt and modified. Have documentation from machine shop and balance readings. All new internals. Bored .30 over. Transmission: 1968 C-4 professionally rebuilt with B&M shift kit and stall convertor. Front Suspension: Heidts Super Ride II with tubular A-Frames, coil over adjustable shocks, 12" disc brakes with Wilwood dual piston calipers, power rack and pinion steering. Rear Suspension: Ford 9" with .373 gears. All new seals and bearings. Backing plates from original rear end machined to fit axle hubs to retain 11" rear drum brakes. Rims/Tires: Pacer (Crager Style) rims. Rear 15" X 8" with BFGoodrich radial T/A's P225/60R15. Front 15" X 7" with Gillette Golden Bear Touring P215/65R15. All have good tread. Body: Only rust on body was floor pans which have been replaced. Tailgate has been decked. Paint is good, but not perfect. Interior: New headliner, visors, dash pad, door seals and rear window seal. Seat is original and has been resprayed. Floor has new thermal insulation installed, does need new carpet. Exhaust: 2.5" with 18" Cherry Bomb mufflers.
