Hi All, This is a 2002 VW Jetta 1.8t that my wife owns for sale. PayPal payment only please. Seller must pick up vehicle within 10 days of purchase. This vehicle has a CLEAN CARFAX. The vehicle has been sitting for around 6 months due to a bad transmission, and a non-working starter. The vehicle has not and will not move without a transmission and starter. It had a motor put in it about 8 months ago with approximately 90k miles on it by a professional mechanic. The engine was supplied by LKQ Auto Parts here in south Florida. The car should be in running condition with a new starter and transmission and the engine was taken car of very well while it was in operation. Oil changes were done at 2800 miles, and the car was driven very lightly by my wife. It was not worth us fixing and time for the vehicle to move on. Does not seem to have any electrical issues either. The VW does have a water leak and has been subject to the south Florida elements for the last 6 months. Needless to say, the interior is not in perfect condition (as the photos show). There are cracks in some of the leather, but many salvageable pieces. We have continuously opened and closed the windows to ventilate the car when it rains due to the leak. The hood, roof and trunk could use paint as well. The VW DOES HAVE A CLEAN CARFAX!!! Perfect fixer upper or parts vehicle. The vehicle is sold as is and the description is based upon our honest and best possible observations.
