1955 was a great year if you were shopping for your first new car. Ford came out with the new Ford Fairlane Victoria, with its bright two-tone paint and a lot of chrome. It was one of the most imaginative cars ever built in that decade. It was the year of the wraparound windshields, tubeless tires,and the flying saucer wheel discs. Here is a classic you can drive to the car shows today and you can restore as you go!! This classic is painted the most popular two tone red and classic white. It has a nice appearance but remember this car needs to be restored. Chrome and glass are in good conditon with the exception of the back bumper which is dented, and the driver side vent glass is cracked. Original looking saucer hub caps and wide white wall tires. Under the hood is a very original engine compartment. I was told it is the original 272 CID Y Block engine. original Air cleaner and blower fan assemble. The motor starts up nice and sounds great the car drives down the road great. The Fordomatic automatic transmission shifts smooth. The interior is an eye catching red and white to match the exterior the dash is very original looking and in great shape. The back package tray needs to be replace and the rear seat should be re-upholstered.
