We have maintained the limousine and assure you it is in operating condition and can operate it safely. It has been DOT inspected in 2012. The AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK. There is a leak somewhere, and the controls in the passenger compartment do not operate as they should. An experienced limousine person will need to work on it. The previous owner has some kind of speakers in the trunk, and batteries, but I could never get them to work properly either. DO NOT MAKE AN OFFER UNTIL YOU PERSONALLY INSPECT THE VEHICLE.
