Still with -->NO RESERVE......SELLS FOR HIGHEST BID...STARTS AT $1.00 Up for auction is a 2004 Infiniti FX35 in great shape with clear title Runs great. Shifts Smooth. Has Cold A/C and CD player. Has rear DVD player for the kids. Remote for door locks and New Battery Has all the luxury items that you expect from Infiniti. Except leather seats. Seats are cloth. Interior is about a 8 out of 10. There are some minor imperfections here and there nothing major or unusual for a used car Exterior is about a 8 out of 10. No major dents. Some minor scuffs here and there. I tried to take a pic of all the scuffs. Motor runs great. No smoke. No leaks. It is missing the plastic engine cover. Transmission. Shifts great. No hesitation etc. Brakes. Great shape. Tires are in Great shape. A lot of tread still on them. I have a CLEAR AND OPEN TITLE to the car. NO LIENS. NOTHING owed on the car. Winner of this auction owns the car outright with no encumbrances. History of the Car AutoCheck shows Two minor accidents one in 2006 (says Slight Damage Reported) and one in 2011 (says rear impact only) Given a visual inspection of the car you can't tell the front accident at all. However maybe some of the scuffs on the car came from the rear impact. 3 owners before me. Always passed emissions This is how I got the Car I had a Court Ordered Judgement against an individual in this County. The Sheriff seized this vehicle from them. It was then sold on the Court house steps to satisfy that Judgement. I bought the car at that auction. The individual's wife was driving the vehicle daily. They were taking great care of the car. Title to the car is in my hand. It is branded "court order". This will not effect the insurance rates, Retail price or Registration of the car... Car is NOT nor has ever been Salvage. How I will deal on this Car I Do Not ask for a deposit in advance. There will be plenty of time to test drive the car and then pay for it after you see it.
