I'm selling my 2005 Acura RSX Type-S. I purchased it new in December of 2004. It has been garaged for the last 7 years. It has never been in an accident, never been smoked in and never had any modifications. Full maintenance record available, here are the highlights:Oil changed every 5kBattery replaced with OEM battery at 67k, 10/2010, 10 year warranty on batteryClutch fluid replaced at 70k 2/2011Brake fluid and coolant replaced at 76k 10/2011New front tires at 93.5k 2/2013 The engine runs like it did when it was new. It pulls strong and roars when the VTEC kicks in. There are no oil leaks or any issues with the engine, and there never have been since new. This is my second Acura and third Honda and my streak of problem-free driving remains unbroken. The front tires are almost new and the rear tires have about 10k miles left. I also have a 3rd tire that matches the rears. Same brand and similar wear. You can rotate it in if you are inclined to stretch the life of the rears a little or you can keep it as a spare in case you damage a tire and need to replace one. The exterior is in good condition. I've always parked far away from other people to avoid door dings. Most of the doors and panels are free of door dings or scratches except the passenger front fender and the driver's side quarter panel. See the full set of photos below for closeup of the minor cosmetic flaws. The car is due for an oil change, which I will take care of before you come to pick it up. I expect the rear brake pads will need to be replaced in the next 10,000 miles or so. Everything works fine: power windows, sunroof, locks, etc. AC blows cold. The cabin air filter was recently replaced. The seats show minimal wear. The only flaws on this car are the minor cosmetic exterior flaws and one of the lights behind a dashboard switch is out. The car is stock except the Acura OEM foglights, which are dealer-add on options. I also added a Homelink garage door opener and auto-dimming rearview mirror. I have the original mirror as well. I also recently replaced the floor mats because the driver's side was getting worn. I have an extra passenger side mat. The trunk net, all-weather trunk tray and billet aluminum shift knob tray are all Acura OEM accessories. The title is clear and in hand. The car is located in Blacksburg, VA.
