For your convenience and information these envelopes can be tracked at USPS.COM. If you prefer to use Overnight mail, or FedEx, you are responsible for the additional costs for that shipping method. Vehicle Title Delivery: All vehicle titles are provide to buyers once full payment has been received and processed (All Checks must clear before Vehicle Title Is Sent or Delivered, NO EXCEPTIONS). Please be aware that Weekends, State and National Holidays, should be taken into consideration as they may increase payment processing AND estimated delivery time extending your expected arrival date of all titles sent via, USPS or FedEx. COMMUNICATION: After auction end, we will contact you the following morning to arrange pickup and payment of the vehicle, communication is key to completing all transactions. You must communicate with us in a timely manner in order to complete the transaction. (Note to all buyers) preparation time for vehicle pickup: payment arrangements, documentation, and all other necessary steps in order to complete the sale must be done before 7 days after the auction has ended, the faster we communicate, the faster you arrange payment and pickup of the vehicle, the faster you will have your vehicle. Vehicle Pickup & Shipping: As the buyer, it is your responsibility to arrange for transportation and schedule a pickup time for the vehicle within 2 weeks (14 Days) after auction end. We will store the vehicle for a total of 2 weeks (14 days) after auction end free of charge, we are not responsible for any damages or thefts that happen during the storage period or damage or theft caused by a third party shipper ( to those of you who ship the vehicle ). However, vehicles not picked up within that time frame will be charged a storage fee of $30 per day after the 2 week (14day) limit has ended, and all storage fees must be paid in full prior to vehicle pickup, or we will not release the vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS. Travel: All travel expenses to and from our dealership in order to pick-up a vehicle in person are solely the buyer's responsibility. NO EXCEPTIONS. We do NOT reimburse for ANY travel expenses. We are located approximately 50 minutes away from Bradley International Airport (BDL) in Hartford, CT and 2 hours away from JFK or LaGuardia International airport in New York City. If you are flying in, we can arrange to pick you up for a fee of $90 from Bradley International Airport, or $300 from JFK or LaGuardia International airport in New York City. Pickup from the local bus or train station is free. You must contact us and advise us if you need to be picked up, so we can arrange for someone to bring you to our location. No Communication, no ride and please remember that we do not reimburse you for your travel expenses. Inspections: WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE AND INVITE INSPECTING ALL VEHICLES IN PERSON OR BY A TRUSTED THIRD PARTY BEFORE BIDDING. If you are local, or a Connecticut Resident, we welcome you to come by to inspect the car in person and test drive it as well prior to auction end. If you want to have the vehicle inspected by a third party, all inspections must be done at our location. You are responsible for all inspection fees if you choose to have a third party inspect it.
