1983 Honda Custom ATC 70

Up for sale is an awesome custom 1983 Honda ATC 70, Bad Ass Green Machine!!!! I built this trike a few years ago for myself. Countless hours of custom fabrication and machine work went into this project. At a quick glance it looks like a stock trike with some custom paint and that's what I was shooting for.. Look closer and you'll be amazed. First off I stretched the frame 2" for a more comfortable adult ride. Planted in the frame is a Lifan 140cc oil cooled 4 speed motor, this thing hauls ASS!!! Bars are off an older Honda TRX 70 wich has two levers that I used for clutch and front disk brake. I machined an ATC 250 front hub and reworked the original forks to use a mountain bike manual front disk brake set up that works awesome. The kick start was removed and a custom pull start conversion was installed that looks stock. Along with the custom front disk brake is a custom rear foot brake set up, remember these ATC's only came with a rear hand lever brake. Mounted below the custom rear foot brake is a custom foot peg set up. This trike has so many trick parts something pops out at you with every look. A custom Harley Davidson high/low beem headlight was mounted to the front fork, works great and looks real cool. The fenders are a high quality aftermarket fiberglass set painted PPG Willow Green urethane base coat clear coat along with the tank and the rest of the parts. This trike rolls on a set of light weight 8" aluminum wheels mounter to 16x6.50-8 NHS Carlisle tires and breaths fire threw an aftermarket stainless/aluminum performance exhaust system. Other NOS Honda and aftermarket parts include grips, wheel, axel and fork neck bearings and seals, rear brakes and brake hardware, seat cover, rear grab bar, gas cap, rear chrome grab bar, and the list goes on. The oil cooler in mounted neatly under the frame and out of harms way. I've only ridden this trike a hand full of times and it runs and rides great with tons of power, just push the throttle and instant wheelie. I've enjoyed building, riding, and just looking at this ATC for a few years and I think now is the time to let someone else enjoy it. Don't miss out on the chance to own this awesome little scoot.
