Gorgeous 1979 Lincoln Mark V Continental in Charcoal gray metallic with black padded quarter-top. Vehicle has top of the line original Lincoln alloy wheels. Car has always been garaged/maintained. Loaded with premium options like twilight sentinel / auto-dimming headlights, power seats, vent windows and side windows, cruise control, power trunk and lighted vanity mirrors. Car also has original factory digital cb radio. Not sure how it works but it does light up and change channels with the microphone buttons. A/C was converted to new modern refrigerant. Car has newer black quarter soft top which contrasts nicely with the beautiful charcoal gray / pewter metallic paint with black pinstripes. Paint also has clearcoat so no need for waxing. Car has a brand new fuel tank and it runs beautifully. The undercarriage is solid and tight. The automatic headlight covers still work perfectly. The cartier clock still works too! Paint is beautiful and has usual minor road chips but not many! The paint color is rich and shiny. It is charcoal gray but has a faint hint of champagne which gives it a nice rich depth with black pinstripes. Interior: All original fabric with no rips or tears. Interior headliner and original trunk liner are also in very nice condition. Engine: All original 400 cubic inch V8 (More economical than the 460's of '77 and '78) Mileage: Just over 101,882 (Mostly highway miles). Exhaust: Quiet and in great condition.Transmission: Good. Brakes: Smooth 4 wheel disc and strong. Replaced front rotors not too long ago.Tires: Tons of tread left. Issues: Fuel gauge stopped working and one crack under dashcover.
