This is a 2008 Xmotos XB-250 Dirt Bike up for sale. Im the 3rd owner of this bike now, and its still on its factory tires. This bike has been in storage 99% of its life by the first owner. the second owners son wanted to make the bike street legal but he came across a ninja 250 and bought that. I then saw this bike for sale and i have had it for almost a year now, and iv always taken it to the dealer for service. I did a $300 tune up to the bike not that long ago (i have records of the bikes tune ups and other expences) i got the top end redone, spark plug changed, oil changed (Amsoil Synthetic) sprockets changed (front and back), a battery (to power the lights and for the electric start), replaced the tubing for the tires (tires valves started to leak the air out.), and the brake fluid has been changed. iv done a full out tune up to the bike to make it trail ready. i have never raced with it or abused it in anyway. iv just rode this bike in the little trail park near my house and in the street thats about it. the only problems that the dealer told me was that the front brakes need changing, the relay for the electric start needs replacing because it will sometimes it will take a little while to get it started up. The other problem is that its time for the valves to be adjusted again, because its not idleing when you first start it up.you have to hold down a little bit on the throttle to get it going but not too much. but what i do is i count to 20, then i release and it will start to idle. there is a scrape but not bad at all on the number 35 on the left side of the bike when the kick stand broke the bike fell, causing the handle bar to bend a little bit but not much at all and made a scratch on the number sticker. the last thing is the kick start lever it snapped on me when i was kicking down on it (i think i kept kicking it way to hard thats why it snapped) other than these little problems its a very nice bike to have. If you wish to you can make this bike street legal. all you need is a speedometer and your good to go. in texas you dont need turn signal lights. but you can mount them if you wish. Plusthe wiring for the turn signal lights are already there as well as for the speedometer. I have all the orignal parts that came off the bike as started in the picture(s) with extras. The bottle that says honda on it is NOT OIL. thats brake fluid that i have used to change on the bike it is has been opened because i used it today to put in fresh brake fluid. There is a brand new never been used rain cover (the yellow square) I got it just as an incase thing if i took the bike out somewhere and it starts to rain i could cover it ( bike is garage kept.) A kickstand come with the bike as well its a very nice one with a anti slip rubber to keep the bike in place so it does not slide of the stand and you can adjust the stands height, and a brand new gas tank that i have never used. i got it as a back up tank as a incase thing. what you see is what you are getting as stated in the pictures the bike is AS IS NO RETURNS WITH A DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT THE END OF THE AUCTION!! please serious buyers only! i have described the bike as best as i could to my knowledge from what i have and the dealer has done to the bike.
