The City of Springdale Ohio is offering for auction a 1996 Ford Taurus 4 door sedan. This vehicle was used as an investigator's vehicle and was purchased new by the city in 1996. We are the only owner. The vehicle was subjected to regularly scheduled maintenance by professional ASE certified mechanics and comes AS IS. There is no warranty for this vehicle. There are some cosmetic exterior blemishes consistent with the age but it is in overall good condition. The interior is in very good condition. The car has been out of service for several years and this car would make an excellent work commuter vehicle, taxi or parts salvage. The tires are in good condition but the vehicle does need a battery. There are no known mechanical problems with the vehicle other than the battery but, again, there is no warranty for the vehicle. We accept three forms of payment: Cash, Cashier's Check or Paypal. At the conclusion of the auction, the winning bidder should make contact within three days and payment must be completed within 10 days.
