Up for auction is a 1971 Ford Bronco. It has a body lift. It has a running 302 that needs carb rebuilt or replaced. May also need new fuel pump (it will run off of the main tank but sometimes it acts like it is starving for fuel). It smokes a little upon start-up but goes away after it runs for a few seconds (needs new valve seals). Manual transmission with a 3-speed shifter in the floor. It has power steering from a bronco. The brakes are drum all around but they work. It has a Dana 44 front end. Tires are decent. Body is not bad at all. It' has some dings and a little rust in the bottom of the door skins, but overall solid. The bronco was originally orange and the white part of the repaint is about gone. You can see the primer coming through the white part. Front driver's floor pan has been covered with a piece of metal but underneath the original rusted pan was fiber-glassed (needs to be replaced to be right). Rear floor is solid and has been lined with bed liner. Tailgate is good. Windshield frame and firewall area is good. Door strikes are excellent. Door hanger on the driver's side has a crack in the bottom below the lower hinge. It doesn't look rusted, just cracked. Top is in good shape. One side glass is broken. THIS BRONCO DOES NOT COME WITH THE CHROME FRONT BUMPER THAT IS IN THE PICTURES. I put it on for reference. The driver's seat is the only one pictured but I will include a passenger seat. Both will need to be recovered. This is a project bronco with plenty of potential. With a little work it could be used as is. With more work, it would be a great ride!!
