1966 convertible with 1600 engine and converted to 12V. OBO. European model, see ignition switch on steering column. Very original. Miles are truely unknown. I have owned this bug for about three years. Recently changed out exhaust to original tweet tweet sounding exhaust- and added heater channels to go back to stock look. Heater works well. Needs new carpet kit with cutouts for heater vents. I also replaced front beam to german NOS and all new rubber ball joints up front, for a stock stance. Same with Solex carb and intake manifold. New Bosche alternator. Pans are solid. Dry NV car. Car has been in NV for 45 years. Upgraded wheels and covers. New tires. All glass good and window cranks operate correctly. New clutch this year. New upholstery, needs front apron and spare tire holder replaced due to pushed in a bit. And it could use a respray of paint. The convertible top boot is new. The top has been restiched and new plasic window put in. $4,500 in recent receipts. Bought this here on Ebay for 6,500, so Im in it 11K plus the things I forget to add. Runs great even up here at 6,000 + feet. Clean normal title, current registration and tags, and insured in my name. The reserve is set at a number I am OK with.
