For sale is my 1978 CR250 Elsinore . It has a tight motor with a fairly recent top end. This is a race bike and not a show bike. However, it would not take much to get it the rest of the way. If you took the time to paint the motor it would look excellent. The motor starts in a few kicks and runs , shifts as it should.I have listed some details about the bike below. Tried to keep the price as reasonable as possible. Before you go out and pay 2,500 dollars or more for a rattle can resto with stock suspension you may want to consider this bike as a better option. I do have some shippers I could refer to you that do east coast and coast to coast shipping pretty reasonable (usually runs around 300-350)if you need some. I am willing to store the bike for you once it is paid for in order to give you ample time to arrange shipping. I also have no problem storing the bike for a while once it is paid for.
